Nostalgia

So, I'm feeling crappy and decided to lie around watching Pokemon all day. It's ridiculous and makes me miss being ten. I just thought of a character development idea. If anyone wants to steal this, go ahead. Just pick five original characters and name 3 pokemon each that would fit them best if they were in the Pokemon world. Sparrow
1: Gardevoir
2: Spearow
3: Lucario
reasons: Gardevoir is a female (usually) psychic pokemon, and powerful, so that's a given. Spearow goes well with her given name, and Lucario is chosen for it's raw power.

Nigel:
1: Charizard
2: Venusaur
3: Blastoise
reasons: Nigel likes versatility, power, and simplicity. The classic nature of the trio would appeal to him, and he would be ready for any element the opponent uses.

Kitty:
1: Psyduck
2: Mr. Mime
3: Haunter
reasons: Her pokemon may be funny and unusual, but don't let that fool you. Both the pokemon and the trainer have more power than you would expect.

Lysian:
1: Scyther
2: Gyarados
3: Kabutops
reasons: Lysian would choose pokemon based on their offensive capabilities. Both Scyther and Kabutops have scythes for hands, allowing them to use slashing offensive moves. As for Gyarados, two words: hyper beam.

Blackstone:
1: Entei
2: Lugia
3: Mew
reasons: Blackstone is a collector of rare and powerful items and people. The allure of three legendary pokemon would be irresistible to him.
